The EON Noida, a prominent commercial and office complex located in Noida, features an extensive parking facility and a double basement parking structure as well as surface parking areas, collectively providing space for approximately 900 vehicles.

Central Air Conditioning with energy efficient variable speed drive centrifugal water-cooled chillers (York make) Use of Plant Manager-Takes advantage of the lowest cost energy option, hence major power saving.

Fire Fighting

Sprinkler and fire detection systems will be provided in the basement area and common area as per NBC norms. Sprinkler installation, all AHU’s and other ventilation/pressurization systems hooked up with fire alarm/detection. Staircases and lift well pressurization systems in place.

Wash Room

2 sets of Gents & Ladies Toilets on each floor CP fittings, Floor finishes, interiors will be the part of fit out option. Plumbing provision for extra toilets may be given at one / two different locations for the large floor plates.

Electricity/Telephone

Security Systems

The access control shall be provided for car entry and exit in the basement. CCTV surveillance systems for basements and will be monitored by the security staff.
